Beth Wilbins is the agency’s President and an accomplished communications executive. Beth’s 35-year career has covered the full spectrum of marketing communications, including PR, advertising, branding, magazine publishing, radio promotion, community relations, special event management, and television production. She is the former publisher and editor-in-chief of Philanthropy World magazine, editor-in-chief of D magazine, and executive producer of a weekly TV talk show, Prime TV.

Jade Falldine is Chief Operations Officer.  For more than 14 years, Jade has been involved in the senior living industry.  Her experience ranges from blue sky, construction, pre-opening, opening, fill-up and expansion marketing to day-to-day community operations.  Since joining Forté in 2007, Jade has been involved with all aspects of the agency.  Initially starting in client services and handling program implementations and events, she eventually moved into her current role directing operations and managing the agency’s sophisticated financial and operational control systems.   As an officer of Forté and with her extensive knowledge and background in senior living, Jade is also intimately involved in business development, using her long-term relationships with industry players to keep Forté ahead of industry trends and changes.

Trapper is an experienced marketing professional and serves as Senior Vice President-Marketing & Creative Services for Forté. Trapper’s professional background includes retail marketing and over a decade of ad agency experience, developing advertising campaigns and marketing platforms for some of the industry’s most prestigious communities. He is an experienced media buyer, strategic planner and always in touch with the latest in marketing technology. Trapper’s path to senior living was a natural progression as his wife, Edie-Beth has been an enthusiastic industry advocate since college.

Amy Jones – SVP-Media Relations
Amy is an Emmy Award-nominated former TV reporter with more than two dozen major awards in her career. As Senior Vice President-Media Relations, Amy oversees the broadcast, print and digital media relations efforts for all clients, including strategic thinking, story development, pitching, writing and media coordination. With more than 15 years working in newsrooms across the country, Amy’s insider’s perspective allows her to think like the journalists covering the industry and results in widespread coverage for all clients. While Amy enjoys telling meaningful stories about seniors throughout the country, she finds it especially rewarding working on stories related to Alzheimer’s, since her grandfather lived with the disease for many years.

As Senior Vice President-Strategic Communications, Bill draws on more than 25 years of experience in marketing communications planning and execution, gained across a wide variety clients and industries. He has served in marketing roles for Halliburton and EDS, and later helped launch and build successful digital enterprises such as FS3 Interactive and Wieck Media. He’s worked with industry leading firms focused on fundraising, public relations, and advertising. During the last seven years with Forté, Bill has managed a spectrum of senior living and senior care communications programs across the nation, and is a sought after speaker throughout the industry. Currently, Bill leads strategic and crisis planning, internal communications, training and content development for Forté.

As Senior Art Director for Forté, Erin brings nearly two decades of professional design experience across all media. She received her formal training at the prestigious Academy of Art University in San Francisco and The Art Institute of Dallas, earning her degree in fine arts. Erin’s professional experience includes significant ad agency and Fortune 200 roles, as well as web design, print, identity and visual communications for Senior Living providers. Erin’s exclusive focus on Senior Living design allows her to maintain a close awareness of industry trends in designing for the unique tastes and requirements of the Senior Living audience.
