The Stayton at Museum Way – Finding a Fresh Way to Win

Located in Fort Worth’s refined Cultural District, The Stayton was facing occupancy challenges due to the market downturn.  Traditional marketing and advertising initiatives had been exhausted.  The Stayton opted for a determined “ground game” and asked Forté to create a speaker series program to drive traffic to the community and generate new leads. It was a bold venture, aimed at a media savvy market that was fascinated with celebrities.  Ad funds were redirected to the program and all eyes were on Forté to make it happen.

Forté responded by identifying national speakers appropriate for a high-profile speaker series that no prospect could resist.  Forté also provided turn-key event management, including strategizing suitable presentation topics, coordinating with on-site staff regarding arrangements and speaker requirements, collaborating with the ad agency for development of marketing materials, and producing supporting collateral pieces. Of course, Forté leveraged the big name speakers into massive and extensive media coverage, leading to even higher traffic. The results?  In Q1 of 2014, The Stayton Red Carpet Speaker Series generated nearly 450 new leads and re-inquiries.
